Safe at Sea AB has been informed that the Registration Office in Italy has approved the formation of a fully owned subsidiary company in Italy with the company name Safe At Sea Srl.
With the registered Italian company the ambition is to further strengthen our position and presence in the Mediterranean area and in the short term enable business in primarily Italy.
"The Mediterranean area and specifically Italy are very interesting markets and we are convinced that the new subsidiary company will enable us to move forward in current business processes and at the same time create new business opportunities." says Henrik Hartman, CEO of Safe at Sea.
