Safe at Sea AB (publ) has now finalized the new issue of shares of 3,24 MSEK.
Safe at Sea AB (publ) has now finalized the new issue of shares of 3,24 MSEK and considering that the shares are registered by Bolagsverket the trade in BTA will now be terminated and the issued BTAs will be replaced with shares.
Last date for trade involving BTA is 20 December 2018.
Last date Euroclear in BTA is 27 December 2018.
The new shares are expected to be transferred to each VP-account / custody account on the 2nd January 2019.
This means that the total equity capital in the company after the new issue of shares will be 3 374 419,50 SEK divided on 4 499 226 shares where each share has a ratio value of 0,75 SEK.
