With rapid water rivers as well as coastlines and lakes within their operational environment Rogaland Brann og Redning in Sandnes community in Norway has a need for a robust, flexible and stable search-and rescue system. They have therefore decided to invest in the RescueRunner system for their operations.
Another fire rescue service in Norway will invest in a RescueRunner system for their crucial serach-and rescue (SAR) operations. To search and rescue in rivers demands a boat type that is extremely robust, fast and flexible and that can access shallow, narrow and challenging waters. This is part of Rogaland Brann og Rednings operational environment but they also have lakes and coastline to cover within their territory. (archive photo)
